Our Story

Like many things, MurrWin was born over a round of golf. Signal Mountain, Tennessee has a population has just over 8,000 residents. Finding out that you live in a town of that size with a direct colleague was a head scratcher for us but we quickly found the course was the best place to solve problems.

Both of us attended SEC schools (Go Vols!), where we earned our degrees in civil engineering. Add a similar outlook on life, work ethic, and drive to be better every day, and we were onto something.

After graduation, our paths converged at Amazon, where together we accumulated 17 years of hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. We learned logistics at scale, operational excellence, and what it truly means to deliver for customers under pressure. But even with successful careers in one of the world’s most innovative companies, something was missing: the freedom to build something of our own.

Golf? Let’s just say we’re both terrible at it. We’ve spent plenty of mornings on the course laughing at our slices and missed putts, but those rounds strengthened our friendship and reminded us that not every swing has to be perfect—just keep showing up.

What truly drives us is a shared entrepreneurial fire and an unrelenting focus on the future. We’re not content with the status quo; we want to create, innovate, and build something meaningful. Our deep expertise lies in light industrial construction—from warehouses and distribution centers to flexible manufacturing spaces—where we’ve spent years mastering site development, structural design, permitting, and execution in demanding timelines.

At the core of everything we do is being customer-obsessed. We live by the belief that success comes from listening intently, solving real problems, and delivering results that exceed expectations. Whether it’s a client needing space that scales with their growth or a partner looking for reliability in a complex build, we put their needs first—every time.

Today, we’re turning that shared background, friendship, and passion into a new venture right here in our hometown. Signal Mountain gave us our roots; our engineering educations gave us the tools; Amazon sharpened our edge. Now, we’re channeling all of it into building a company that combines technical precision with genuine care for the people we serve.
